Alpaca Walks and Experiences
Would you like to meet the friendly and curious alpacas in the Oak Tree Herd?
You can walk with our alpacas or meet and feed them in their fields. All visits need to be pre-booked as we are not always open.

We like to offer small, bespoke visits where you can take full advantage of the peaceful environment.

Alpaca walks last around an hour.
Adults and children over 6 years old can walk their own alpaca. Younger children will need to walk with an adult.
Typically, it costs £25 per person (adults).

Our Meet and Feed in the fields sessions are great for families with younger children, last half an hour and you can feed the alpacas.

Adopt An Alpaca
Stay connected with the alpacas!
Our Adopt an Alpaca packs come with a felted alpaca version of your chosen alpaca (made with fleece from the herd). You receive a postcard with your alpacas portrait, an A5 leaflet giving some information about alpacas and an adoption certificate.

With a payment of £100 for an adult or from £60 for a child, you can come and visit the farm 4 times to walk or visit your alpaca, depending on who you choose.Adoption packages last a year and are for one adult or child. Children's adoption packages can be purchased to include an accompanying adult if required.

We will send you updates about your alpaca and if you follow the farm on Instagram, you'll probably see your alpaca featured!

Experience Gift Vouchers
We offer the chance to gift experiences to others, which are perfect for birthdays or special occasions.
​
These can be created specially for you, if you want to gift a meet and feed experience or an alpaca walk. Just ask to see what options are available. You can combine these with garden tea and cake too.
​
The vouchers can be posted out - they are printed on recycled paper and created by our resident artist. Alternatively, we have an e-voucher which can be emailed.
Vouchers are valid for a year from date of purchase.
