The Oak Tree Farm Garden

How Our Garden Grows
Our Oak Tree Farm Garden rests within the ridge and furrows of the ancient fertile valley around Woodborough.

It is surrounded by the alpaca fields, a willow chicken run and the natural landscape of Woodborough. It has grown over the last eight years into both a productive and peaceful place.

We aim for a balance of beauty and productivity.
There are beds for cooks, for dyeing our fleece, for tea and for health and healing. We grow leaves, herbs and edible flowers for bakers, chefs and salad lovers.

Visit the Farm Garden
There are two ways to visit the garden. Both must be pre-booked.

Come and wander at your own pace or sit for a couple of hours in our farm garden. You can say “Hello” to the Alpacas over the fence, chat to the gardeners, maybe sketch or paint. Bring your own picnic or combine your visit with our signature herb tea and cake served in the garden.

Our garden tours invite you to walk with our Gardeners through the herb and edible flower beds, learn about the ideas and stories behind the planting and ask lots of gardening questions!
Combine your tour with our signature herb tea and cake served in the garden after your tour. Vouchers for the Garden Tour are available.
